1 General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and fr9999 ("we ", "us", "the Platform"). By accessing or using the fr9999 platform at fr9999.app, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the fr9999 platform. Your continued use of the platform following any updates to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. We recommend bookmarking this page and reviewing it periodically.

1.1 Scope of These Terms

1.2 Language and Governing Version

1.3 Amendments

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

2.2 Jurisdiction Responsibility

fr9999 operates as an offshore platform. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using an online betting platform is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering. 2.3 Geographic Restrictions

fr9999 may restrict access from certain countries or regions at its discretion or where required by applicable law. Any winnings generated through a restricted access method may be voided, and the account may be suspended.

2.4 Capacity to Contract

You confirm that you have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your country of residence, and that you are not acting under any form of legal disability, guardianship, or other limitation that would invalidate your agreement to these Terms.

3 Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration Requirements

To use the full range of fr9999 services, you must register a player account. During registration you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including your full name, date of birth, email address, and preferred payment method details. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold a maximum of one active fr9999 account. If fr9999 identifies that a player holds, or has held, more than one account — whether under the same or different identity details — all associated accounts may be suspended, pending balances may be voided, and any bonuses claimed across those accounts will be forfeited. This rule exists to maintain fairness and prevent bonus abuse across the player base.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Your username and password must not be shared with any third party under any circumstances. All activity that occurs under your account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is your responsibility, whether or not it was authorised by you. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your permission, you must contact fr9999 support immediately via the platform live chat.

3.4 KYC Verification

fr9999 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process for account verification. Verification may be required before processing your first withdrawal, after a withdrawal exceeds a certain threshold, or at any point where fr9999 deems it necessary for security or compliance purposes. Standard KYC documents include:

• Government-issued photo ID (National ID Card, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within 90 days)

3.5 Account Information Updates

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

fr9999 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods for players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfers to and from BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and Sonali Bank. The availability of specific methods may change from time to time. Current deposit and withdrawal options are always displayed in the platform cashier.

4.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit on fr9999 is ৳200 when using bKash, Nagad, or Rocket. Minimum deposit amounts for bank transfers may differ and are displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction. Deposits below the published minimum will not be credited and may require manual review for return processing.

4.3 Deposit Processing Times

Mobile wallet deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are credited to your fr9999 account balance instantly in the vast majority of cases. In rare circumstances, network delays on the part of the mobile financial service provider may cause a brief processing delay. If a deposit has not been credited within 30 minutes of the transaction being confirmed by your wallet provider, contact fr9999 support with your transaction reference number.

4.4 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever possible. fr9999 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered in your name. Withdrawals via bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 3–10 minutes during standard operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving bank's clearing process.

4.5 Withdrawal Requirements

Before a withdrawal can be processed, the following conditions must be met:

• Your account KYC verification must be complete and approved
• Any active bonus wagering requirements associated with your balance must be fully satisfied
• The withdrawal amount must meet or exceed the published minimum withdrawal threshold
• Your account must be in good standing with no pending security reviews

4.6 Currency

All transactions on fr9999 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). Amounts displayed on the platform, including balances, odds-derived returns, and bonus values, are denominated in BDT. fr9999 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies. If your payment method operates in a different currency, conversion is the sole responsibility of your payment provider.

5 Bonus & Promotions Policy

5.1 General Bonus Terms

fr9999 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, live casino cashback, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, Eid ul-Fitr, Eid ul-Adha, and Pohela Boishakh. These promotion-specific terms supplement and, where they conflict, take precedence over the general bonus terms in this section.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your account are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn as real money. The wagering requirement multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated clearly in the promotion details at the time the bonus is offered. As an example, a bonus with a 10x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means you must wager a total of ৳10,000 on qualifying games before the bonus converts to withdrawable cash. Not all games contribute equally to wagering completion — slots typically contribute 100%, while certain table games may contribute at a lower rate or not at all.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

fr9999 employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse. Behaviour that constitutes bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses more than once, coordinated play across related accounts to generate artificial wagering volume, systematic low-risk wagering designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine game engagement, and exploiting technical errors or unintended promotion configurations. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have all bonuses and associated winnings voided and the account may be permanently suspended.

5.4 Bonus Expiry

Bonuses that are not activated or wagering requirements that are not completed within the stated expiry period will be automatically removed from your account. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated. It is your responsibility to monitor your active bonuses and their expiry dates within your account dashboard.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets placed on fr9999 are subject to acceptance by the platform. fr9999 reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where a bet is placed after an event has started (where in-play betting is not offered), where an obvious pricing error has occurred, where suspicious betting patterns are detected, or where a technical fault has affected the odds or market availability.

6.2 Odds and Prices

Odds displayed on fr9999 are subject to change at any time before a bet is confirmed. The odds at which your bet is confirmed are binding. In the event of a manifest pricing error — where odds are clearly inconsistent with market reality due to a technical fault — fr9999 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes, regardless of whether the bet was settled as a winner. fr9999 will endeavour to correct pricing errors promptly and will notify affected players where practicable.

6.3 Event Cancellations and Postponements

If a sporting event on which you have placed a bet is cancelled, abandoned, or postponed and does not resume within 12 hours of the scheduled start time (or within a different timeframe stated in the specific sport rules), your stake will be returned in full to your account balance. In-play bets placed after an event has started will be settled based on the score and state of play at the time of abandonment, subject to the applicable sport-specific settlement rules.

6.4 RNG and Live Casino Games

RNG (Random Number Generator) games — including slots, virtual table games, and crash games — use certified random number generation technology to determine outcomes. fr9999 does not manipulate game outcomes and is not responsible for outcomes generated by third-party game providers' certified RNG systems. Live casino games are operated by third-party studios (Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and others) and are governed by those studios' published game rules in addition to these Terms.

6.5 Responsible Gambling Limit Integration

Deposit limits, loss limits, and session time limits set by a player through the responsible gaming tools in their account settings are binding and take immediate effect or, where a cooling-off applies, at the end of the stated period. Requests to reduce a limit take effect immediately. Requests to increase a limit are subject to a 24-hour review period before activation. fr9999 will not process a limit increase request on behalf of a player who has indicated a gambling problem to our support team.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the fr9999 platform. Engaging in any of the conduct listed below will result in account suspension, forfeiture of balances and bonuses, and may be reported to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person
• Providing false, fraudulent, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification
• Using the platform while under the age of 18, or facilitating access by a minor
• Attempting to launder money or use the platform for any financial crime or illicit activity
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any AI-assisted tool to place bets or interact with the platform in a non-human manner
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or pricing anomalies for financial gain
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or any other form of sports integrity violation
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing fr9999 support staff or other players via any communication channel
• Accessing the platform via a VPN, proxy, or anonymising service to circumvent geographic restrictions
• Sharing account credentials with third parties or allowing another person to operate your account
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse or collusive play as described in Section 5.3

8 Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Suspension by fr9999

fr9999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has breached any provision of these Terms, is engaged in fraudulent or deceptive activity, poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or its other users, or where continued account operation would violate applicable law or regulatory requirements.

8.2 Consequences of Suspension

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, withdrawals will be placed on hold until the review is complete. Where an account is permanently closed due to a verified breach of these Terms, fr9999 may void all pending bets, forfeit all bonus funds, and, in cases of confirmed fraud or criminal activity, retain the real-money balance pending the outcome of a formal investigation. Where no breach is confirmed following an investigation, any held balance will be returned via the player's registered withdrawal method.

8.3 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request to close your fr9999 account at any time by contacting support via the platform live chat. Before closing your account, any withdrawable balance will be processed to your registered payment method subject to standard withdrawal conditions. Active bonuses will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure. If you are closing your account due to a gambling-related concern, fr9999 support can help you set up a self-exclusion instead, which may be more appropriate for your circumstances.

8.4 Self-Exclusion

fr9999 offers a self-exclusion facility for players who wish to take an extended break from the platform. Self-exclusion options of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, 1 year, and permanent exclusion are available from within your account settings. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be inaccessible and you will not receive any marketing communications from fr9999. Permanent self-exclusion is irrevocable. 8.5 Dormant Accounts

An account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of 12 months will be classified as dormant. fr9999 will notify the registered email address before applying a dormancy status. Dormant accounts may be subject to an administrative maintenance fee as published in the platform's fee schedule. Players may reactivate a dormant account by contacting support and completing any outstanding verification requirements.

8.6 Limitation of Liability

fr9999 provides the platform on an "as available" basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted access. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, fr9999 shall not be liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the platform, even if fr9999 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Nothing in these Terms limits fr9999's liability for fraud or wilful misconduct on its own part.

8.7 Dispute Resolution

If you wish to raise a dispute regarding a bet settlement, account decision, or payment matter, you should first contact fr9999 support via the platform live chat, providing full details of the issue. fr9999 aims to resolve all disputes within 5 business days of receiving a complete and documented complaint. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct support, the matter may be escalated in accordance with the dispute resolution process published in the platform's help documentation. These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which fr9999 is incorporated as an offshore entity.
